We have 24/7 security available to ensure only residents and staff are allowed to enter inside the premises. Delivery Executives’ entry beyond the main entrance is not permitted.

How It Works
01 - Schedule A Virtual Tour
You can call us or message us on Whatsapp to schedule a virtual tour. We will take you through our different apartments on videocall while answering any questions that you may have for us.
02 - Documents & deposit -----
After you decide on an apartment, we will send the documents to you through e-mail. After filling out the documents, take photos and send them to us. You can pay the deposit through UPI or Bank Transfer.
03 - Move In -----------------------
After reaching to our location, the manager will guide you to your apartment. Do ask any questions you have about nearby places to our manager.
